Rate: The total compensation is up to $3,500. Travel Fee: $500 (x2 travel days) Session Fee: $500 plus 20% agent fee (if applicable) Usage Fee: $2000 total plus 20% agent fee (if applicable) Option to Extend Usage for additional Terms: (Usage Fee + 10%) + 20% agent fee to extend for an additional three (3) years after the initial term for the same usage above. This fee shall be payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice by Hims & Hers. Option for Re-Record: $500 + agent fee for one (1) voice over re-record session on a mutually agreed date for the Term and Approved Media. Additional info: Must be available to travel to California or New York (location TBD) during the week of 1/13 for a one-day shoot. Round-trip travel and hotel accommodations will be provided. The process: After submission, you may be invited to a 15–20 minute virtual interview on Thursday 12/19. Usage & Term: Non-Union. Unlimited usage, in perpetuity, in all formats and media existing now and in the future, including but not limited to broadcast, digital, over-the-top media services, streaming, OOH, in-store, print collateral, packaging and paid media.
