Musical Auditions in "A Year with Frog and Toad" Play
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeking singers for musical "A Year with Frog and Toad". More details are below. About the play: Arnold Lobel’s beloved characters hop from page to stage in this whimsical musical full of friendship and adventure. Part vaudeville, part make believe, all charm, A Year with Frog and Toad tells the story of a friendship that endures throughout the seasons. Additional information: The play will be performed evenings May 22, 23, 29 & 30, and matinees May 24, 25, 31, and June 1. Auditions will include a dance audition (please bring character or dress shoes, no boots or runners). Please prepare approximately 32 bars of a musical theatre song in the style of the show. You will be also asked to do a short reading, no preparation is necessary. Callbacks may be required on these potential callback dates: Tuesday, December 17. Thursday, December 19.
