Seeking Talent for ECPI

Dates Needed: We are currently considering one of the following dates: Dec 16th or 17th It is possible that we will only book one day, but please see who’s available for either of those days. Talent does not have to be available for both days. Location: ECPI University Glen Allen, VA 23060 Talent Type: Non-speaking roles Rate per Person (including usage below): $800 (Travel expenses are not covered) - less our agency fees Usage: Unrestricted. Assets may be used across various platforms including, but not limited to, commercials, website videos, print ads, print collateral, billboards, and more. Markets: Unrestricted. Assets may be used both in and outside ECPI University markets. Piercings & Tattoos: All facial piercings must be removable. Tattoos must be appropriate for all audiences. Call Time: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Food: Water, snacks, pizza, and sandwiches will be provided. If any talent has special dietary restrictions, they should bring their own food. Cancellation Policy: ECPI reserves the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the confirmed time of shoot. Attire Requirements (note photos will be sent to select talent): Talent should bring 5 business casual tops (examples below). Two pairs of neutral, easy-to-match pants. All clothing must be clean, pressed, and ready to go. Solids are preferred over busy patterns or ultra-bright colors; avoid visible logos. Ideal colors: Blues, grays, and other neutral tones.
