Sprocket is a sarcastic, slightly cynical, quick-witted, and dramatic elf, prone to humorous exaggeration. Beneath his cynicism, there’s a glimmer of hope for change. Tends to fixate on small injustices.
Jingle is pragmatic and more even-keeled than Sprocket, though just as exhausted and cynical. He uses sharp humor and dry observations to cope with the unrelenting demands of the workshop. Despite his weariness, he harbors a rebellious streak and dreams of systemic change. Passionate about fairness and recognition for elves.
Jolly but oblivious, Santa exudes the traditional charm of the holiday season but is completely unaware of how overworked and underappreciated his elves feel. He’s well-meaning but out of touch, more focused on the big picture than the individual struggles of his workshop staff.
