The company is seeking Equity actors for roles in "OKLAHOMA", please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: Oklahoma is set in farm country outside the town of Claremore, Indian Territory, at the turn of the century. The story follows a farm girl, Laurey Williams, and her courtship by two rival suitors, cowboy Curly McLain and mysterious Jud Fry. This is not your typical take, think less Golden Age, and more of America today. Additional info: Please prepare a brief song from the show or a similar show, in a contemporary style. No longer than one minute. Directors are looking for a more contemporary/natural sound. Looking for strong contemporary actors that can sing and dance, for our upcoming production of Oklahoma.
