Desperate for family connection, he's willing to take extreme risks to find a sense of identity & belonging. He carries deep emotional scars from his time in the foster care system. LEAD ROLE
Medium-long length, mustache or minimum focal hair. The actor must have an edgy look. James is a young man who tries to help Brandon out of o sense of empathy. He's known casually to Brandon from playing basketboll, James lives with his girlfriend and maintains a close relationship with his mother. While he shows kindness in taking Brandon in for the night, he's unprepared for the intensity of Brandon's emotional needs, Jomes represents the stable family life that Brandon craves, SUPPORTING ROLE
Long hair. Must be capable of having an emotional range to embody the character's emotions. Ivy is James's girlfriend. She's cautious about lettinig Brandon stay but shows compassion towards him. Ivy is practical and concerned about the legal implications of harboring o runaway. She tries to connect with Brandon, asking him questions about his past and making him comfortable. Ivy represents a nurturing presence that Brandon likely hasn't experienced much in his life. SUPPORTING ROLE
Mid-long hair, put-together hard worker. Must be capable of having an emotional range to embody the character's emotions. Kelly plays a crucial role. Her absence and the mystery surrounding her fuel Brandon's desperate actions throughout the story.
