"1947, a young, fresh from the war detective on the hunt for a notorious serial killer is distracted by his relationship with an unusual jazz singer." Rate: Unpaid. Student film. Supporting. A grizzled, older deputy upset that he didn’t get promoted higher after the war. He antagonizes the detective constantly but they share the same goal. He mouths off but he’s not a hot head.
DAY PLAYER. Man goes out to a field to smoke weed and consequently gets pursued by the detective. He is a coward, but not a killer.
Supporting. A snarky, sick of it bartender just trying to do his job. The detective comes in and gives him a hard time. He is unamused.
