Talent Required for a TV Commercial

He is a boss in this company. Imagine the character type of a "finance bro"...this is bob. He's probably a womanizer, gets away with crazy language from time to time and has no consideration for his employees. He's the hide it under the rug kind of guy and will always back his "bros". This character is what makes this spot...the mannerisms, pacing and tone.

She is a young new employee to this company. She is just trying to her job and have a respectful co-working relationship with everyone. She's been fed up getting hit on and has finally had enough. She isn't a person to typically bring things to HR, but she had no choice. She's appalled that her boss won't support her and is emphatic to let them know they are wrong.

Caucasian/Mixed/Hispanic. He is the definition of a "frat guy". Probably got the job because his dad had connections. He's used to catcalling women all the time and has zero social awareness. As long as his boys tag along, he'll say the wild thing in public. He believes women should fall at his feet.
