Provide reporting and analytics to measure program effectiveness. Campaign KPIs and reporting: Establish campaign strategies, goals, and KPIs for influencer/creator marketing, regularly sharing performance insights with the Consumer Engagement Director, Brand Directors, and VP of Marketing. Influencer/creator trends and collaboration: Stay up to date on influencer/creator trends, ensuring contracted influencers/creators create high-impact, creative content aligned with LUSY brand goals. Collaborate with internal teams on content timing, calendars, and effectiveness. Contract negotiation and management: Work closely with legal teams to negotiate influencer/creator rates, schedules, and contracts. Retail-focused influencer/creator strategy: Partner with the Omni-channel team to provide consultation on influencer/creator campaigns related to retail and product launches, and lead retail-focused influencer/creator activations. Influencer/creator feedback and budget management: Gather and analyze influencer/creator feedback on products and brand perception. Manage the influencer/creator boosting budget, implementing strategies and reporting results. Emerging platform exploration: Experiment with new platforms and technologies to explore innovative influencer/creator engagement opportunities. Annual influencer/creator tactical strategy: Author and present an annual influencer/creator strategy aligned with brand business goals, ensuring alignment with brand leadership.
