About the project: Rom-Com takes place in an attic, which is haunted by a couple of resident ghosts, one who has been in residence for over a 100 years and one who just arrived. A young woman novelist finds the atmosphere invigorating and is even more invigorated by her editor who drops by frequently to check on her. Even though his father just died...there is chemistry between them, although both are reluctant to admit it. Throw in a slimy landlord and a paranormal investigator, some clever dialogue, and you have the perfect "haunted" romance.
