About the project: Concrete Jungle: Rise of the Street Queen tells the story of Jasmine “Jazzy” Carter, a young woman from Atlanta’s Westside who rises to power in the city’s dangerous underground. This action-packed drama explores themes of power, loyalty, betrayal, and the cost of ambition. As Jazzy carves out her empire, she battles rival gang leaders, betrayal from within her own crew, and the inner turmoil of her past. Rate: This is a non-paid project. However, this is a great opportunity for actors looking to gain experience, build their reel, and work on a gritty, character-driven film set in the underground scene of Cleveland, OH. Additional info: Location: Cleveland, OH; Shooting Schedule: TBD (Weekends and Evenings); Submission Deadline: Nov 4, 2024. • No experience is required, but actors must be committed to the project and willing to put in time for rehearsals and shoots. • Must be local to Cleveland, OH, or willing to travel. • Availability for weekend and evening shoots. • Enthusiasm for character-driven stories and action/drama genres.
