The small town of Rusty Oaks is plagued by Black Johnson and his gang of outlaws who are continuously robbing and harassing its good people. After the people's Christmas festivities are ruined and the town's children are kidnapped by this unruly bunch, mysterious happenings begin to occur putting the town's people on edge, while putting the outlaws in their place.
