Casting call for student film "Run Oliver, Run!". In need of cast. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See the details below. About the project: Logline: Jake's friend, a fellow student filmmaker, chides Jake for his weird childish pattern of always sprinting at the end of his short films. Rate: Unpaid, but free lunch. Additional info: These are all bit roles, no more than one shooting day. Shoot date: for Tony scene: October 19th at 11 AM. For all other parts, November 2nd or 3rd, still figuring it out. Driving with his girlfriend, he gets a flat tire, but after watching Jake's movies, doesn't know how to deal with the situation except to run.
One of Jake's films within the film. Tyler's Mom urges Tyler to stop filming himself at a barbershop and he storms out of the building in an all-out sprint.
Extras: in need of about 40 people as runners, either during the climactic scene where dozens of people will be sprinting in a stampede, or people in a barbershop in the opening scene. Obviously you have to be OK with running.
