(Supporting,): Nick’s older brother, a military man with a chip on his shoulder. Allen is critical, quick-tempered, and often belittles Nick for his wrestling dreams. He embodies the classic "older sibling rivalry," but underneath his tough exterior, there is a deeper concern for Nick and his place in the family.
(Supporting): Nick and Allen’s father, a blue-collar mechanic who runs a local auto shop. He’s stern, practical, and initially dismissive of Nick’s wrestling ambitions. Frank wants Nick to follow in his footsteps at the garage, but as the story unfolds, he reveals a softer side and a deep love for his sons.
(Supporting): One of Nick’s closest friends and part of his backyard wrestling crew. Susie is a sarcastic, quick-witted, and fiercely loyal tom boy. She’s always ready with a joke or a biting comeback, but she supports Nick's wrestling dreams unconditionally.
(Supporting): Another of Nick’s friends and wrestling trainers. Trent is the group's leader, always scheming and coming up with new wrestling personas for Nick. He takes their training sessions seriously, even if they take place in a front yard. Trent is passionate and sometimes over-the-top but is essential in pushing Nick toward his dream.
(Supporting): The goofball of Nick’s friend group. Guy is laid-back and often the comic relief, with an immature sense of humor. He handles commentary during their wrestling practice sessions and serves as the group’s jokester, keeping the mood light while showing a deep camaraderie with Nick.
(Supporting): The gruff owner of the Ohio Wrestling Federation and Nick’s wrestling coach. Terry is a no-nonsense, old-school promoter who prefers traditional wrestling personas. He’s unimpressed with Nick’s antics and characters but recognizes Nick’s potential when he finally commits to training seriously.
