The Housekeeping staff has a somewhat lazy personality and doesn't have the patience to work seriously.
The security guard is a very cheerful, happy, and laughing person who doesn't pay attention to details and might easily get tricked.
The young man's personality is that of someone who hasn't heard from his father in a while, and he's very worried, upset, and extremely angry.
The grandfather's personality is very laid-back, and not much anything matters to him. He's mostly focused on enjoying life and having fun.
