Charismatic, street-smart, with a slightly flashier style than TEC. He’s loyal to TEC but is torn between the streets and wanting to build a better life.
Flashy and cocky with a dangerous edge. He's a hustler with ambition but is willing to cross boundaries to get what he wants.
Afro Latino/Latino. Young, eager, and a bit reckless. He's a street hustler involved in scamming and low-level drug dealing.
African American or Afro Latino/Latino. More serious than RICO, but equally street-smart. Slim plays the role of a cautious partner in the hustling business.
Older, streetwise, and respected by the younger guys in the neighborhood. He runs the corner store and acts as a father figure.
African American, Latino/Ambiguous. Trusted member of TEC's crew, reliable and resourceful. He has been with TEC since the beginning and helps gather intel for the crew.
