"Wonderland" Feature Film Project

Ace is a playing card militarian who serves as the royal Captain of the Soldiers in her court, a position he holds to the highest honor and one he takes very seriously.   He is a strict, disciplined, soldier who is utterly devoted and will carry out The Queen's orders without hesitation no matter the cost.  Actors  must be able to portray authority, discipline, and menace and should also have an intimidating screen presence when playing this character.

A charismatic and eccentric character, The Mad Hatter has a complex relationship with Alice and acts as a representation of the madness Alice tries to come to terms with. Hatter is known for his unusual nature and knack for tea parties and is the leader of a troupe of resistance fighters against The Queen. He is also best friends with The March Hare who equally shares his madness.  Must have range and be able to switch between manic, whimsical energy and moments of vulnerability or depth.

The Hatter’s jittery, hyperactive best friend. The Hare is erratic and frenzied, often speaking in half-completed thoughts. Though seemingly nonsensical, he has flashes of insight and acts with loyalty toward the Hatter. MUST channel nervous, manic energy, providing a mix of comic relief and unsettling tension.

Daphne Miles is a soft-spoken, shy, happy go-lucky and sleepy companion to the Mad Hatter and March Hare. Her playful and  introspective demeanor contrast with the Hatter and Hare's energy, offering a quiet strength. She is most notably present during the tea party and is part of The Mad Hatter's troupe of resistance fighters against The Queen.  Must convey a sleepy, introspective state with occasional moments of sharpness or insight, embodying a character who is often underestimated.

A wise but bumbling character, Donovan Drake (a/k/a The Dodo) is one of Wonderland's more peculiar figures. He is best friends with the Daphne "Dormouse" Miles and it is suggested he may have a crush on her.  Often trying to lead others through situations he himself barely understands, Dodo is both endearing and frustrating. He is most notably present during the tea party and is part of The Mad Hatter's troupe of resistance fighters against The Queen

The Flowers are a group of talking flower and sisters whom Alice and The White Rabbit encounter in the garden on their way to see the Mad Hatter. They are a group of stuck up, mean girl types. --Lazy Daisy is the oldest and narcissistic of her sisters  -- Rose is a bit more ruthless  ---Iris acts as the comedian and is not so bright --Tiger Lily is more sympathetic --Violet is the youngest and more polite  Actresses must bring their best comedic wit and snobbiness to life.
