The company is holding auditions for "A Chorus Line" show and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Additional info: Callbacks by invitation only Wednesday, October 16, 2024, 6:30pm Performance dates February 7-9, 14-16, 21-23, 2025 Rehearsals will be on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays, with the addition of Tuesdays starting in January. A Chorus Line features many adult themes, including sex, drug use, drinking, profanity, and intimacy between characters. Please prepare 32 bars of a song in the style of the show. An accompanist will be provided. Please bring sheet music. There will be a Jazz dance combination taught to all auditioners (except Zach) A tap combination will be taught for all those auditioning for Mike and the small featured tap ensemble. (Tap is not required for all actors.) You are encouraged to bring your theatrical resume, but not required. A photo and/or video may be taken at auditions. Auditioners who are called back will be asked to sing provided cuts from the show, read, and do a second dance call. Please note that not everyone will be called for every session. If you have scheduling conflicts, feel free to reach out to discuss possible arrangements. The first rehearsal will be on Sunday, November 17, 2024.
