Seeking talent for upcoming hotel project - NU - October 2024 - Varied Rates NOTE - A SELF TAPE IS REQUIRED FOR THE MAJORITY OF ROLES FOR CONSIDERATION FOR THIS PROJECT! Please review requirements below Seeking talent for hotel project for internal use video filming in October (see specific dates and rates below). These are anticipated to film in the Hampton Roads/Chesapeake VA areas. CONTEXT: As an overview, this video details how to handle a media event (which are typically negative if not dealt with correctly). We will compare and contrast the right way v. the wrong way to handle such occurrences. Also, while all roles are "ethnicity open", I do want to ensure that the cast as a whole is very diverse in all aspects. (All Rates Less Our Fees) SUBMISSION PROCESS: For roles requiring submission of headshot (Mr./Mrs. Locket), please send 1 current photos/headshot labeled with your first and last name via email no later than 12 noon on 9/19 (sooner is better). For role requiring a self tape submission (all other roles noted above), use the scripts by role from the attached link. You should slate first and last name, role, and then show profiles and full body pan before going into your script. Please send 1 audition file via WeTransfer tby email no later than 12 noon on 9/19 (sooner is better). Be sure to reference the role in the body of your email as well. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SUBMIT FOR MULTIPLE ROLES, please do a separate audition and send each in a separate email. (Check the attached link for the SCRIPTS)

HALF DAY: Saturday, October 19th - $500 (11 AM - 2 PM) (Female, 21-30, Ethnicity Open) - Betta is a single mom and guest. Her refrigerator dies for a second time and her a/c stops working. She likes the hotel, but is frustrated with the issues.
HALF DAY: Saturday, October 19th - $500 (1:30 PM - 4 PM) (Male, 25-35, Ethnicity Open) - Willie is the hotel maintenance supervisor. He is good at his job and appreciates working with a good manager.
HALF DAY: Saturday, October 19th - $250 (1:30 PM - 4 PM) (non-speaking role, so no script included) (Male or Female, 30-50, Ethnicity Open) - This is a hotel guest who has misplaced their room key and needs someone to help him/her get back into the room.
HALF DAY: Saturday October 19th - $500 (4:30 PM - 9:30 PM) + FULL DAY: Sunday, October 20th - $750 (9 AM - 5 PM) ($1250 total) (Female 25-35, Ethnicity Open) - Nita is a tough as nails news reporter for the local news outlet. She is always looking to move up in the industry and is willing to bend the truth to get her way.
HALF DAY: Saturday October 19th - $500 (4:30 PM - 9:30 PM) + FULL DAY: Sunday, October 20th - $750 (9 AM - 5 PM) ($1250 total) (Male 40-50, Ethnicity Open) - Telly is an old school TV camera man. He misses the “good ol’ days” of TV, but is willing to go along with Nita’s crazy ideas to keep his job.
HALF DAY: Saturday, October 19th - $500 (5:30 PM - 9:30 PM) (Male 30-45, Ethnicity Open) - Skip is a forgetful manager who takes shortcuts and doesn’t always follow policy, which gets him into trouble.
HALF DAY: Sunday, October 20th - $500 (9AM - 12 PM) (Female 30-45, Ethnicity Open) - Sharon is a qualified and capable manager, but she loves to gossip and tends to share too much information with the wrong people.
