Rate: SPT/LOA $776 weekly minimum (LOA to LORT) Additional info: All roles will be understudied. Directors are open to all ethnicities, genders, and abilities. They encourage performers to audition for any role(s) they are interested in. PREPARATION Dancers: Please be prepared to learn choreography and come dressed to move. Please bring a copy of your headshot and resume. Singers: Please be prepared to sing from the show - music available upon appointment request. Also, please bring a copy of your headshot and resume. First Rehearsal: March 4, 2025 Tech: March 18 - 23, 2025 Previews: March 26 - 27, 2025 Opening: March 28, 2025 Closing: April 27, 2025 This production occurs offsite and outdoors. An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition. Equity’s contracts prohibit discrimination. Male presenting; A social activist recently expelled from high school. Claude’s best friend and the leader of the tribe. High energy, athletic, wild.
Female-presenting; A second semester NYU student and passionate protester. Close with Berger and Claude and aspires to spread love. The smartest of the tribe.
Male-presenting; Speaks his mind and hopes you can keep up with him. High energy, spiritual performer with a strong voice and presence.
Male-presenting; A golden retriever in human form. High energy, versatile. Has great comedic timing. Adores Berger and Mick Jagger.
Female-presenting; A follower, not a leader. Pregnant. Incredibly sweet and head over heels in love with Claude. Wise, passionate, creative. She has taken every drug imaginable and looks after the tribe.
Female-presenting; Lots of fun and has great comedic timing. Strong voice.
Female-presenting; A flower child mourning “the one that got away” - The “baby” of the tribe.
Male-presenting and female-presenting; solos and smaller roles will be cast from the Tribe.
