Theatre Casting Call for "Little King" Show

The company is holding auditions for "Little King" Musical and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: Little King is a musical satire that follows the rise and fall of little man, who through a series of mysterious events, becomes Little King of the Little Kingdom. The rest is history. All of the names have been changed to protect the guilty. Featuring original songs and music, 3 sock puppets, a talking bird and a mannequin, 9 actors and a Narrator tell the tale of the Little King. A tale of greed and abuse of power. Ultimately, truth, love and justice prevail. Rate: $125 per performance. Additional info: Rehearsals October 28th, 2024- December 20th, 2024 Tech/Dress-December 29th and or 30th Shows - January 2nd-5th 2025 at Under St. Marks/Frigid Rehearsals begin around October 28th and the contract will run through January 5th, 2025 in NYC. Non-union. When applying, please include headshot, resume and reel or video footage. Selected candidates will be asked to attend a virtual callback the week of October 7th. Suitable candidates will receive an invitation to audition no later than Friday, October 4th.
