Create and curate high-quality images, videos, and graphics that align with our brand voice. Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering community engagement. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools to enhance our online presence. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing goals. Plan and coordinate fun office events, contests, and activities to boost team morale and camaraderie. Decorate the office for holidays and special occasions. Organize birthday celebrations, team-building activities, and themed office days. Create and manage a calendar of office events, ensuring regular and varied activities. Act as a positive and upbeat presence in the office, spreading cheer and positivity. Qualifications: Experience in social media content creation, including photography, videography, and graphic design. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite). Creative mindset with a strong sense of humor and fun. Excellent organizational and event planning skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
