About the project: Jason's disorganized morning quickly spirals out of control as he struggles to manage a series of small but mounting disasters, including losing his phone, keys, and wallet. His frustration mounts as he confronts threats of eviction, job loss, and a power outage, with each new setback intensifying his growing sense of hopelessness. In his frantic attempt to regain control, Jason finds himself locked out of his house after misplacing his keys again, only to discover in a fit of fury that his house has disappeared (because only Jason could physically lose a HOUSE) leaving him overwhelmed and utterly disoriented. Rate: Non-Union. They have an allocated amount of the low budget for the cast. Additional information: STUDENT PRODUCTION. SHOOT DATE(S): 24, 25, 26 October, 2024. SHOOT LOCATION(S): Vancouver. Jason is an untidy, somewhat scatterbrained young man in his late twenties. He finds himself relentlessly overwhelmed by life’s demands, often finding himself tangled in his own messes. He’s a perfect representation of a young adult in a world set up against him. Despite his best efforts, he deeply struggles with organization and responsibility, leading to frequent moments of deep vulnerability to the demanding world around him. Please see the attachment.
