Driving should represent a crucial part of your life and not just a convenience. Specifically looking for individuals with real challenges or stakes, not those for whom driving is simply a privilege.
Seeking parents who are proud of their teen but deeply anxious about them driving. They should be able to express the mix of emotions that comes with watching their child gain independence, while grappling with the fear and concern that comes with it. Looking for someone emotionally aware, able to articulate the worries and stakes of letting go as their ‘baby’ grows up.
