Logline: A lonely woman seeks comfort in a sex robot after the death of her husband. Rate: Copy, credit, meals, gas compensation. Additional info: Union status: Non-union Shoot dates: October 3, 2024 - October 6, 2024 NOTE: Both roles require intimacy. There will be an intimacy coordinator on set, and no nudity is required. Directors will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and safe on set if cast. Attractive but unstable, Evelyn is highly emotional and intensely passionate when in love. She expresses overwhelming affection for the person she cares about, but her emotions can quickly turn, leading her to act uncontrollably out of love-turned-hate. After “losing” Steve, the lonely Evelyn is deeply empty and isolated. Her love has no place to flourish, and she appears to be unsatisfied with her life.
Evelyn’s soon-to-be ex-husband, Steve is the rational counterpart to Evelyn's emotional intensity. He handles everything in life with logic and reason, which makes him unable to cope with Evelyn's overwhelming passion during their relationship. “Robot” is a sex robot recreated in Steve’s image using Artificial Intelligence. Looking at two possibilities for Steve/Robot – one actor playing two roles, or twins.
