Additional information: As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and dynamic content that highlights the amazing deals available on the company app. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founding team and report to the Chief Marketing Officer. If you are a passionate about content creation, social media, or digital marketing, and have a knack for storytelling, directors want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: - Create compelling video content that promotes deals on the Host app. - Develop creative concepts and scripts for videos, focusing on local restaurants, retail, and experiences. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and campaigns. - Edit and refine video content to meet quality standards and brand guidelines. Qualifications: - MUST be comfortable in-front of a camera. - MUST be based in Toronto from September 2024 onwards - Ideally a student, but not necessary. - Strong passion for content creation, social media, or digital marketing. - Experience with video production and editing (experience with software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar is a plus). - Excellent storytelling and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive. What directors are looking for: - A portfolio of previous content work (can include personal projects, school assignments, or previous internships). - Enthusiasm for digital trends and staying up-to-date with the latest social media platforms and tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
