ESTRAGONMale18-56 y.o.All ethnicities

The pessimist, gets frustrated and distracted easily; desperately wants to leave. A bit misanthropic. He was a poet once. Constantly forgets things, but vaguely remembers the most important ones. He sees dreams about what their lives really are. He is the body – “a little heap of bones”. Estragon is engaged full-time in the rehearsing process and Tech.

LUCKYMale18-56 y.o.All ethnicities

No specific age. Incredibly thin and tortured, has long grey hair. He is an intellectual and a philosopher in a way. Lucky is a slave, he is tied to his master Pozzo. He used to have normal life, used to be kind and helpful, but now, as Beckett says – “he is lucky to have no more expectations…”. This role requires a lot of stamina, self possession and concentration! Lucky is engaged ~ 50% of time in the rehearsing process and full-time during Tech.
