"Teddy and Tater" Short Movie In Need Of Actors
Casting call for Fall workshop film "Teddy and Tater". Looking for cast. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See the roles below. About the project: "When a ventriloquist's puppet comes out to him as transgender, he must decides whether to support his puppet's wish at risk of their act." Rate: Paid, meals provided. Additional info: Please Note: Ventriloquism experience is preferred, but not required for the role of Teddy. The actor cast in this role must be comfortable presenting as male and female as the character transitions over the course of the film. Non-union. Shooting Dates: Friday, October 25th to 27th and Sunday, November 3rd. When applying, please include a headshot, resume, and reel (optional).

Male/male-presenting/gender fluid. A caring, witty ventriloquist who learns more about his own identity through with his trusty puppet, Tater. Ventriloquism experience preferred. *actor must be okay presenting as feminine.
