About the project: The herdmen are the worst kids in the history of the world–so when they crash Sunday school and demand parts in ​the Christmas pageant, the whole town panics. There’s not supposed to be biting or cigar-smoking in Bethlehem, and ​while these kids have never even heard the Christmas story, they definitely have rewrites! Soon, everyone is calling ​for reluctant director Grace Bradley to cancel the whole thing. It’s up to the Bradleys and the reverend to help ​their community see the Christmas story and the Herdman kids through new eyes in this buoyant musical adaptation ​of the funny and touching holiday classic. Additional info: 6 Shows December 20-29; Callbacks: Callbacks will be on September 23rd and 24th from 5 pm - 10 pm. You will be notified by email if you are called back for a specific character by September 20th. Please review the scenes and songs for each role you are called back for. Performance Dates: Performances will take place in the Journey Theater at 4173 Bludau Drive, Warrenton, VA on December 20-29th, 2024. There are six total performances, with Friday and Saturday shows at 6:30 PM and Sunday Matinée shows at 2:30 PM. Tickets for reserved seating are available via the Triune Entertainment Website at www.triuneentertainment.com. Rehearsal Schedule: Rehearsals will begin on September 28th with a read thru. You will not be required at every rehearsal. We will try to work with your schedules and respect your time as much as possible.
