"Miracle on 34th Street" show is looking for talent. See more details below. About the project: Kris Kringle takes on the cynics in this musical adaptation of the beloved holiday classic. Single mother, Doris Walker, doesn’t want her six-year-old Susan’s head filled with romantic notions. Susan goes to see Santa at Marcy’s where Doris works. When it turns out that Macy’s Santa may, in fact, be the real Kris Kringle, a wave of love spreads across New York City that melts even the most cynical hearts. Rate: All roles in these professional productions are paid. Additional info: Those auditioning should prepare 32 bars of an upbeat song and a ballad. An accompanist will be provided. Performers should bring their sheet music in the proper key as well as a resume and current headshot. Singing a cappella or to recorded accompaniment will not be permitted. Those auditioning may be asked to read from the show and/or learn a short choreography routine. Production dates, including rehearsals, are October 24 – December 29, 2024.
