About the project: The story follows Scott a week after being rejected by his long-time crush and even longer-time friend, Jules. After finding himself at her sorority’s Halloween party uninvited, he spends the evening pursuing an apology, desperately trying to relieve the awkward tension and save their friendship. Rate: Non-Union/Non/Paid. Directors cannot compensate you for any travel expenses or living expenses if you are cast from outside of the Mechanicsburg area. A desperate, anxiety-ridden, and apologetic man. After asking his best friend, Jules, out a week ago, he is now determined to try and repair their friendship, or even better, grovel enough so that she will understand the depths of his affection towards her.
Outspoken, ambitious, is always weighed down with academic responsibility, and is now unconfident in her friendship with her longtime best friend, Scott. After asking her out a week ago, Jules’ entire life has been turned upside down, and she now finds herself face to face with him at this party. As much as she tries to run, she is forced to confront him, and even worse, her own feelings.
A simple-minded boy, who has never felt the touch of a woman but likes to pretend that he has. He wants to help Scott work things out with Jules, and really tries too, but when he meets her best friend, Emileigh, he quickly finds out just how intoxicating the female form can be.
An air-heady, loud, and quite forward sorority girl. She cares about Jules just enough to try and help her fix her friendship with Scott, but is sidetracked quickly by his very handsome friend, Gus.
