Singing Opportunities in "All Shook Up" Show
Theatre Company is looking for performers for a major musical production of their 2024/2025 season, “All Shook Up". More details are below. About the musical: It's 1955. Into a square little town in a square little state rides Chad, a great-lookin', motorcyclin', guitar-playin', leather-jacketed roustabout who changes everything and everyone he meets. Loosely based on Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night," this hip-swiveling, lip-curling musical fantasy will have you jumpin' out of your blue suede shoes with the hits of Elvis Presley, including classics like "Heartbreak Hotel," "Hound Dog," "Jailhouse Rock," and "Don’t Be Cruel". Additional information: REHEARSALS: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 9:00 PM. PERFORMANCE DATES: February 14, 15, 20, 21 and 22, 2025 at 7:30 PM. February 16 and 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Directors advise you to wear comfortable shoes and clothing for the dance portion of the audition. If possible, please bring sheet music (preferably for piano) for a song that is NOT performed by Elvis Presley for the vocal portion. Please, see the attachment. If you are interested, please apply.
