Actors & Extras Wanted for a Short Film "Cicadas"
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Casting directors are currently looking for actors and extras to play roles in a short film "Cicadas". More details are below. About the project: Middle of nowhere, 1910, Nellie Harlow is on the run from the law after killing her abusive father. When August Cassidy, a lone, thoughtful, rancher, takes her in and offers her shelter, Nellie and the fellow outlier develop a guarded friendship. As Nellie discovers something troubling, her past comes back to haunt her, and their newfound alliance is put to the test. Rate: Volunteer/Honorarium. Additional information: One night when bounty hunters come to find Nellie, both her and August have to fight together, despite the divide that grows between them.
