This timeless classic offers numerous opportunities for imagination and creativity, inviting performers to explore emotions of joy, wonder, spontaneity, and wistfulness. Now in the public domain, the script is being lightly adapted to address outdated language and stereotypes, ensuring we can share this beloved story across communities and generations. (Speaking roles, mixed youth and adults) a ruthless and treacherous crew that includes Smee, Cookson, and others, driven by their thirst for adventure, plunder, and a deep-seated hatred for Peter Pan and the Lost Bunch.
Non-Speaking, movement oriented roles to portray, tigers, panthers, bears, mermaids, fairies and other mystical and wild creatures.
(will double as a pirate or creature) – a large dog and devoted and protective caregiver, deeply loyal to the Darling children and vigilant in her duties to keep them safe.
(will double as a pirate or creature) – The efficient and cheerful household maid, who maintains order and harmony in the Darling home with a warm and friendly attitude.
(will double in the lost bunch or creature) – Wendy's imaginative and adventurous daughter, who shares her mother's curiosity and love for storytelling, eager to explore the world of Neverland.
Tinkerbell is lively, jealous, and clever. For this production Tinkerbell will not appear as a “person” on stage but we are seeking a technician or performer who is comfortable with leading the development and execution of this as a technical effect and/or puppet. This performer should plan to audition and will be called for rehearsals
