Seeking Talent for audience members for upcoming VA Lottery shoot. SELF TAPES REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION! NON UNION Location: Richmond, VA Working Dates: Fitting: Wednesday, August 7th Shoot: Thursday, August 8th Compensation: Rate: $600 /12 + 15% Agents Fee (If Applicable) Rate includes session fee and usage/buyout as well as wardrobe stipend. $50 Fitting Fee + 15% Agents Fee (If Applicable) Usage: Media : All media including but not limited to Broadcast and Radio (regional), Internet, Social Media, New Media/ In App, OTT/Streaming, Industrial, PR, Cinema, Internal. Term : 3 months from 1st use (air dates currently scheduled for 10.01.2024-12.02.2024) ; with the exception of social media and third party non-downloadable sites , PR, Editorial, Agency and/or Client reels and award show use, where term is perpetuity for client owned websites and social property / passively in feed including YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok. Optional Term(s): - An additional non-consecutive 2nd 3 month term at a 10% increase as the original usage fee. - An additional non-consecutive 3rd 3 month term at 10% increase as the 2nd term usage fee. Territory: Broadcast TV for Virginia Only, Geo-gated on streaming platforms, Worldwide for internet by nature of the medium. Wardrobe: Upon being booked, talent will receive an email with a wardrobe brief. We'll be asking talent to take photos of their outfits and reply to the email they receive with those photos so that we can give feedback if necessary ahead of the fitting. All talent will be expected to attend the fitting on Wednesday and bring their wardrobe per the brief they will receive. We will be doing some light supplemental wardrobe shopping but will mostly rely on talent's wardrobe. Travel: We're looking to cast locally, though we may be able to bring in about a few people from outside Richmond. Travel compensation will be mileage reimbursement and hotel accommodations only - no flights or rental cars will be provided. Talent is preferred to be a resident of Virginia, but per the possibility to travel talent in per the above, open to auditions outside of VA. Send 1 self-tape file via WeTransfer via emailby Sunday, July 28th at 5 pm. If you need wiggle room on your submission, please let us know. Your file should be labeled with your first and last name (example John-Doe). Please do not include any other materials with your self-tape.
