The company is holding auditions for "Explorers Club" show and looking for performers, please see the details below. About the project: London, 1879. The prestigious Explorers Club is in crisis: their acting president wants to admit a woman, and their bartender is terrible. True, this female candidate is brilliant, beautiful, and has discovered a legendary Lost City, but the decision to let in a woman could shake the very foundation of the British Empire, and how do you make such a decision without a decent drink? Grab your safety goggles for some very mad science involving deadly cobras, irate Irishmen and the occasional airship. Additional info: Auditions will be cold readings from the script. Please bring your schedules for known conflicts through the performance dates. Performances: October 11,12, 17, 18, 19 at 7:00 PM October 13 & 20 at 2:00 PM PLEASE NOTE: All roles (except Luigi) require a strong British RP accent. Age ranges are suggested but are flexible.

A botanist and a man of science. Intellectual and sensible. In love with Phyllida, but naive in the ways of romance.
An anthropologist. The first explorer to discover the lost city of Pahatlabong, home of the NaKong tribe. Also plays the role of Countess Glamorgan.
An intrepid explorer. Arrogant, self-assured and dim. The pinnacle of Victorian manhood. A man's man, if there ever was one. Ideological counterpart to Lucius.
A NaKong tribesman. Proud of his culture. Very smart and very observant. LUIGI speaks his own language...literally.
An herpetologist. Great friends with Professor Walling. An unassuming man, except for his pet cobra, Rosie. A perfect Victorian gentleman, well-mannered and enthusiastic.
An archeo-theologist. Irritable and haughty; he does not like change. Opinionated and often abrasive. Does not want to admit women to Explorers Club.
A zoologist. Best friend to Professor Cope.
Private secretary to Queen Victoria. Polished, distinguished and refined. The man you send to sort out the unpleasantness.
An explorer. Stoic and resilient. A strong-willed survivor. Was left behind on one of Percy's missions and then joined an order of violent monks and has now returned to the Club seeking revenge. This actor also plays the Irish Assassin.
