"Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley" Play Seeks Talent
Directors are seeking male and female performers for production of "Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley". More details are below. About the play: A companion piece to the delightful Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley, as the story unfold upstairs at Pemberley, the servants downstairs find themselves in the midst of a holiday scandal. An unwelcome visitor has stumbled into the hall in the middle of the night – Mr. Darcy’s nemesis and Lydia’s incorrigible husband, Mr. Wickham. This story delves into class, privilege, family, and forgiveness. Additional information: Performance Dates: November 13 – December 1, 2024. Audition Location: Langham. Audition Dates and Times (auditioners are required to arrive at the start time and be prepared to stay until the end). Friday, September 6 – 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, September 7 – 1 to 4 p.m. Callbacks will be held Sunday, September 8 – 1 to 4 p.m. (by invitation only). Read-through with the chosen cast and crew will take place Saturday, September 14 – 1 to 4 p.m. Rehearsals start Tuesday, September 17 and will run Tuesdays and Thursdays – 7 to 10 p.m. and Saturdays – 1 to 4 p.m.
