Seeking Performers for "A Party to Murder" Play
Directors are currently in search of performers to portray roles in production of "A Party to Murder". See the details below. About the play: "Party to Murder" is a fun loving murder mystery with a twist, very much like the old noir films. Additional information: Location: Caledon, ON. Rehearsals will be on Sundays plus one or two days during the week, depending on cast decision. Directors would like everyone to come in character and be prepared to present a short introduction to themselves as the character. They may do a bit of a group improv. Could talk about being not guilty because… or maybe why this favour is unfair etc… Nothing needs to be true to the play. It is just what you come up with. Please, see the attachment.

A tough guy character with a chip on his shoulder one minute, then a childlike scamp delighting in rule-breaking. Was a bodyguard prior to his accident that has landed him in a wheelchair. His sweat suit shows a different social class- blue-collar attitude.
Manipulative, walks with a swagger. People generally do not like him. A shrewd business man. PLEASE NOTE: He has to hang from a door so the smaller in stature the better.
Although British, accent would be a minimum. Tends to be typically egomaniacal.
Fashion model, witty extrovert, tough.
Shy, easily intimidated- under big sister Valerie’s thumb.
Smart savy, used to getting her own way- shrewd.
