Social Media Specialist for Paid Campaigns

Additional information: Reports to: Sr. Manager, Social Strategy. Location: Toronto. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Execute paid social campaigns to help achieve overall marketing goals and objectives (primarily Facebook and Instagram); Monitor paid social campaigns for accuracy and efficiency (including budgets); Communicate efficiently and effectively with internal team members and clients; Review and manage data for client reports; identify trends and insights; Optimize social media campaigns to ensure client KPI’s are exceeded; Maintain a collaborative and cooperative work environment; Participate in development of trends reports, social platform updates for clients Qualifications: Prior experience working in an advertising agency environment. Experience executing paid social campaigns. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in a client-facing environment would be an advantage. Strong Excel skills. A start-up mindset. Passionate about learning in an emerging field of advertising. Technically and analytically astute. Strong troubleshooting ability, a clear systematic approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills and an ability to work both independently and contribute within a team environment. Alignment with the company's core values/culture.
