About the project: Detective Hale has been through a lot, especially in his case. He is scared, worried, angry and frankly exhausted. He doesn’t know what will happen to him or who he can rely on, but he does know things will be worse if he simply does nothing. The hunt for a notorious criminal has gotten him trapped in her web, and now he is making this recording in the hopes that someone will find it, and continue the investigation where he left off - finally taking down Chiara Montgomery.
