Additional information: Reporting to the Brand Director, the Content The ideal candidate will have a high content IQ, understands the art & science of creating content that drives business performance and is an exceptional copy editor. You will use several tools including web analytics, content management systems and search engine marketing platforms to achieve your objectives. Working closely with the Brand Marketing and Creative teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping an award-winning travel brand that offers custom and private guided tours to over 100 countries worldwide. Responsibilities: Ensure all content consistently reflects Kensington Tour’s value proposition, tone of voice and messaging, upholding the brand’s standards across all content types. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and drive the development of new content across multiple platforms and marketing collateral, continuously improving the creative output. Develop and execute a best-in-class content strategy that captivates audiences and drives marketing performance with a focus on lead generation, search engine optimization and customer acquisition. Analyse the performance of the organic content using search data platforms (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, AdWords) to understand user intent, trends, insights and opportunities and optimize our content to improve our search engine ranking. Lead the production of editorial, commercial, functional and creative content in a variety of formats (written, print, visual, video) to improve the performance of our paid, earned and owned channels. Oversee the management, maintenance and optimization of our content, ensuring we’re prioritizing the development of the highest-impact touchpoints and aligning our creative resources accordingly. Manage the development of content and collateral from inception to delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders to capture requirements, developing creative briefs and supervising its production. Support the development of content for company and the lines of business ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, on-budget and aligned with business objectives. Qualifications: 4+ Years experience in content creation, editing, management and optimization or marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Exceptional written, verbal communication and analytical skills. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content performance metrics, and the ability to develop, execute and continuously refine a data-driven content strategy. Proficiency in content management systems, copy editing and SEO tools preferred. Able to effectively manage ambiguity and change while working on cross-functional projects and initiatives. Attention to detail, efficient time-management, and effective planning skills with the ability to quickly adapt to multiple and often changing schedules and priorities in a deadline driven environment Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership mentality (no task is too small) with strong judgment, attention to detail, and an analytical mind.
