About the project: At a local annual Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade, Channel 9 News does a feel-good piece interviewing one of the organizers and the locals. Henry, a disgruntled man derails the piece with talks of conspiracy, crumbling society and acts like a curmudgeon. He goes through a manic episode and people distance themselves from him.
