The story is about Kori (Starfire) and her twin sister Komi, reconciling their relationship while on the run from a mysterious government agency. Kori has been living on Earth with her best friend Rian for a little over a year now, while her sister has been living on her own elsewhere in Star City. She is the kind of friend not to stop you from doing something stupid, but to stop you from getting caught. Rian has taken in Kori since Kori landed on earth and kept her safe. Rian is the reason why Kori loves humans so much.
Red Seven is an agent of the Bureau of Meta Human Affairs or BMA. He leads a field team specializing in apprehending dangerous super-powered individuals. He is intimidating, stern, and dangerously calm. He is loyal to his cause and his troops. He is not quick to violence and will often use his wit to overcome obstacles. However, when and where the situation calls for it, he can be a force for any super-powered individual.
