About the project: 1986 Washington DC and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. A Few Good Menfollows Navy lawyer Lt. Daniel Kaffee defending two Marines accused of murder at Guantanamo Bay. Initially aiming for a plea deal, Kaffee delves deeper with colleague Lt. Cmdr. Joanne Galloway, uncovering a "code red" hazing ritual. Tensions peak in courtroom clashes with Col. Nathan Jessep, the base's commanding officer. Jessep eventually confesses to ordering the "code red," leading to the Marines' acquittal and revealing the complexities of military justice. Rate: $400.00 stipend for their work. Additional info: Performance Dates: October 11/12, 18/19, and 25/26 at 7:30 pm and October 13, 20, and 27 at 3:30 pm (possible matinee on Saturday, October 26). Tech Rehearsal Dates (attendance is required): October 5-10. Rehearsal schedule: Rehearsals will begin September 9thand will typically be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:00-10:00 pm and Saturday afternoons from 1:00-4:00 pm. A loyal and disciplined Marine officer who is one of the defendants in the trial. He is charged with ordering a "code red," which leads to the death of a fellow Marine.

Onstage appearances may be brief and/or violent flashbacks; some stage combat training or willingness to train is preferred.
Some actors will be asked to play multiple roles, including Capt. Isaac Whitaker, Cpl. Jeffrey Owen Howard, Cmdr. Walter Stone, sailors, M.P.s, and lawyers. These roles are integral to setting the pace of the show and rounding out the ensemble.
