Is a jack of all trades working within Montreal's underground organized crime syndicate. He has become desensitized to the world around him carrying a similar attitude to your disgruntled blue collar worker. Having been in the same position for so long, he has grown jaded that his hard work hasn't paid off and time has passed him by. He carries a resentment for those younger than him who are so quickly able to rise the ranks, leading to his poor decision to short his employer's stash.
Is the silent professional that you do not want to be called to fix your mistake. He is impartial and holds his emotions to himself. Often lacking a conventional sense of humor, and finding amusement in the macabre. Due to his high rank within the organization, he often takes on a mentoring role to induct promising new members.
