About the project: Classmates Samantha and Melissa get carried away when finishing a project for their high school English class, becoming more than just new friends in the process. Rate: Unpaid. Reimbursement of transportation costs, meals and a copy of the final film. Additional info: Genre: Drama, coming of age. Non-union, non-actors welcome. Shoot Dates: Mid-June TBD. Shooting Locations: Toronto GTA. Must be comfortable shooting in public. Auditions: Via Self Tapes and in person. When applying, please include headshots, resumes & demo reel (if available).

Major. Melissa is a charismatic and carefree tomboy. Incredibly easy-going, she has a knack for making people laugh and let go of their inhibitions. She challenges Samantha to break out of her comfort zone. *role involves kissing*
Minor. Max is Samantha’s first boyfriend. He’s an overly enthusiastic hockey bro with his own car. He’s also a well meaning puppy dog who wants to spend all his time with Samantha. *role involves kissing and implied sexuality*
