What You Will Do: Independently research, develop, and curate video and photo content primarily focused on topics such as admissions, student goals, academia, and other relevant topics for our social media accounts and the website. Interact with followers, respond to queries, and cultivate a positive and inclusive digital community. Stay updated on current academic trends, news, and updates to ensure the content remains relevant and valuable. Collaborate closely with the Content, Marketing, and Consulting teams who will help drive the vision for content. The company would Love to Hear From You if You: Hold an advanced degree such as PhD, MD or DO, JD, or a combination thereof. Candidates who are currently pursuing the above degrees (i.e., medical students, PhD candidates) Strong preference given to those with a PhD. Have the ability to present information clearly and confidently in front of a camera. Have previous on-camera experience (Required) and/or previous social media experience (Preferred). Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex topics in a relatable and engaging manner. Are tech savvy, complete comfortably with technology, and a love of learning new technology. Are familiar with popular social media platforms and basic content editing tools. Have a genuine passion for education and empowerment, with a commitment to fostering academic success among the audience. Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
