Actors needed for the "Harry Potter" fan film, Detrimentum Part I and Part II. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: Roles are unpaid; IMDb credit will be given. Additional info: The deadline to submit is May 3rd. Filming Locations: Around the Cleveland Area; must be willing to travel to different locations. Lilith and Professor Heartwood are in most of the two films; the actors portraying them will have to be committed. Filming Time: Most Weekends in Spring/Summer. A woman who is trying to get her life back together. Being an ex-professor at Ilvermorny School, she helps Ash Turner on his journey to the truth. Her specialty is the History of Magic, Ancient Locations, and being able to see traces of magic that others cannot see. She is sarcastic but gets the job done. Her arc is focused in the second part, and it deals with a tragic past with her sister.
A man who works at Ilvermorny school. He is the Defense Against the Dark Arts Teacher. He excels at teaching, but lacks confidence in a fight. He is anxious and stubborn. He goes through an arc throughout the two parts, and it deals with something he experienced as a kid.
The villain of the two parts. He is Head of the Auror Department at this time, with a goal of taking down Ash. His motive is driven by his past. He is very arrogant, condescending, and shows aggravation to everyone. He has a strong hate for purebloods in the Wizarding World. His character is seen more in part II.
A man that is related to Ash Turner. He is mysterious, knowledgeable, and manipulative. He helps Ash on his quest of figuring out his family tree.
This man is a critical part of the story that involves a certain object. He works at the Ministry. He is an antagonist of Ash. Ash, Lilith, and Professor Heartwood go looking for this man.
The father of Ash Turner; this is a small role. He is worried about his son, and he is adamant on figuring out where he is. He acts more stern towards other characters.
