NATIONWIDE CASTING CALL. Looking for a superb storyteller to develop content that drives lead generation, engagement, and client loyalty for the B2B SaaS company. More details are below. Rate: The OTE range for this role is $75,000-$84,000 CAD, approx. $54,530-$61,070 USD. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise. Additional information: Content Manager: What You’ll Do: This position is remote-eligible and reports to the Director of Marketing. Responsibilities will include: - Develop and execute a world-class content strategy that meets business objectives and audience needs across channels, including web, email, advertising, PPC, organic & paid social, video, blog, white papers, sales enablement, and events. - Use proven storytelling frameworks to develop captivating content & messaging for use in integrated campaigns, delivering stellar positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution. - Research, define, and reinforce the unique position against competitors in delightful and differentiated ways in partnership with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, & Brand partners. - Analyze campaign data to inform and improve content strategy. - Track, analyze, test, and optimize content following SEO and demand gen conversion best practices, creating and maintaining a thriving A/B testing methodology. - Test and use AI daily to innovate in research, outline, and copy-writing processes. - Manage the daily publishing of content across all digital channels, working closely with the design team, using Hubspot, WordPress, and other digital content creation tools. - Share content performance insights and analytics with key stakeholders bi-weekly & quarterly. The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required: - 3 to 7+ years in content creation in B2B, B2C, and agency environments. - Advanced experience developing advertising, email marketing, performance marketing, SEO, video script, social media, and thought leadership copy and assets following best practices for B2B and B2C content creation. - Advanced experience using Tone and Voice guidelines and adapting communication and writing styles to different audiences. - Expert in creating punchy, succinct, brand-building copy for advertising & email marketing. - A portfolio or work samples that illustrate advanced creativity and the ability to craft conversion, value-based messaging with cohesion across campaign assets. - Knowledge of SEO, web usability, and accessibility principles. - Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on tight deadlines, and meet expectations for quality and quantity at speed and scale. - High attention to detail. - Superior research, analytical, and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Knowledge of content management systems, SEO, and web analytics. - Innate curiosity, growth mindset, and servant leadership orientation to teamwork.
