Seeking Talent for Audition Movie
Casting 5 actors between 18-26 to play high school students for the pilot episode of a web series. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Logline: While on a selective nature research retreat, a deadly EMP blast wipes out all access to technology, leaving five precocious high school students stranded on an isle with no way home. Rate: This is unpaid and directors are only filming the one episode now with the possibility of making more episodes later. Additional info: Dates: April 26-27. Location: Richmond, VA. (17, lead): A strong-minded, hardworking, and determined high school junior. He is a natural-born leader and responds quickly to difficult situations, but can be overly confident.
(16, lead): A witty and innovative high school junior. Sasha is a go-getter and strives to prove herself. She can easily become combative if provoked.
(16, supporting): A curious and driven high school junior. Ravi is a team player and the “glue” of the group. He often mediates conflict.
(17, supporting): A conscientious and caring high school junior. She looks after those around her and is considered the “mom” friend.
(17, supporting): A charismatic and humorous high school junior. He uses sarcasm and humor as a tension diffuser in difficult or stressful situations.
